Cancellation policy and reservation conditions

workshop reservations

To reserve our workshops, it is necessary to pay the entire amount of the course when making the reservation. Payment can be made in person, at our facilities at C/Ciutat de Granada 28 bis 7 floor and online, through our website, by credit card. At the moment in which the total payment of the course is made effective and we verify the data, the reservation will be made and a confirmation e-mail will be sent. If this verification is not possible, we cannot guarantee your place in our workshops.

Workshop cancellations


If for any reason you cannot attend the course on the day and time set, you must notify us 72 hours. before the beginning of the course so that we can look for a substitute and the place does not become vacant. From Espai Granada we will propose another workshop or another date so that you can use your reservation. In the event that you cannot notify us within this period, we will not be able to make any changes to your reservation. In no case will the cost of the course be refunded. But you can send someone else to take the course for you.


The minimum number of participants to carry out a workshop is 8 people.


Espai Granada reserves the right to cancel a course when the number of attendees does not reach the minimum for the normal development of the workshop. In this case, the participants will be offered the possibility of choosing another activity of the same value or the money will be refunded.

Making a reservation for a course or activity at Nonell&Sirisi SL implies acceptance of the conditions and guarantees set forth herein.

Rental Conditions and Space Reservation Policy


The budgeted price includes the rent of the space in the established period and two additional visits to locate.

To reserve the space, a deposit of 50% of the total budgeted amount (VAT included) and the signed Rental Agreement are required. These must be sent by e-mail to: to confirm the reservation.

The rest of the rental amount and the amount of the deposit must be paid 3 days prior to the stipulated rental date, using the same procedure.

The contracted schedule will be established in the Rental Agreement. The rental ends when all the personnel and material deposited by the client, or third parties in charge, are out of the space. If more hours are required, an extra cost must be paid for each additional hour (see price).

The hours enabled for the assembly, disassembly and celebration of the event are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. The hours contracted between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. will be considered as night hours (see price).

The budget is valid for 15 days from its issue date in the event that the space is still available during the requested date. These prices do not include 21% VAT.

Terms of payment Space


Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or card.

100% payment must be made before the start of the session or event. If payment is not made, ESPAI GRANADA may restrict access to the space without prior notice.

Cancellation policy Space


In the event that the client cancels the reservation, the deposit delivered will be returned according to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation 2 months in advance:loss of 20% of reservation deposit.

  • Cancellation 1 month in advance:loss of 50% of reservation deposit.

  • Cancellation 15 days in advance:loss of 100% of the reservation deposit.

  • Cancellation less than 15 days in advance:loss of 100% of the reservation deposit.
