The enormous variety of dumplings is almost endless and we would need several visits to the traditional places to be able to try a little of everything. From the hand of our chef Mayela Armas we will embark on a journey to learn about the great varieties of this wonderful dish.

The termdim summeans something like "touching the heart" and refers to a multitude of small dishes, usually in one bite. Thedim sumThey can be salty or sweet, boiled, steamed, grilled or fried, and they admit a multitude of shapes, fillings and ingredients. The most popular are preparations in the form of dumplings or dumplings, as well as steamed buns filled with meat, vegetables or fish and shellfish.

What does the workshop include?
Recipe guide for the dishes prepared in the workshop. Demonstration of cooking techniques and practice of the proposed recipes. The necessary ingredients for the realization of the recipes.
How does the workshop work?
At Espai Granada the workshops are dynamic and participatory. Attendees will fully prepare the dishes with organic and local products, with the idea of promoting a quality, healthy and sustainable diet. At the end of the workshop, the dishes are shared in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by drinks.
