Catalan cuisine is known throughout the world. The basis of it is the use, love for the products of the land, and patience. And it is that in the end, all Catalan recipes are always based on two things: time, and good products.
Catalonia is a privileged region where there are very good products and in this workshop we will learn about the origins of traditional Catalan cuisine and we will discover why it is a gastronomic benchmark throughout the world.
The recipes
- Cod to the llauna.
- Sea and mountain meatballs
- Lenten fritters.
The recipes will change based on the season and the seasonality of the ingredients.
What does the workshop include?
Recipe guide for the dishes prepared in the workshop. Demonstration of cooking techniques and practice of the proposed recipes. The necessary ingredients for the realization of the recipes.
How does the workshop work?
At Espai Granada the workshops are dynamic and participatory. Attendees will fully prepare the dishes with organic and local products, with the idea of promoting a quality, healthy and sustainable diet. At the end of the workshop, the dishes are shared in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by drinks.
